Over 150 inspection checkpoints are applied before shipment, including surface coating thickness, spare parts verification, and export packaging standards. Equipment is prepared for immediate installation upon delivery.

Continuous load testing is performed using 250g–450g paperboard under production conditions. Performance stability and stripping accuracy are evaluated over 72 hours of uninterrupted operation.

Each machine is operated continuously for 24 hours across a speed range from 10 to 22 cycles/min. Temperature rise, vibration behavior, and acoustic output (≤75dB) are recorded during the full calibration cycle.

Electrical systems undergo insulation resistance testing at ≥500MΩ and full circuit stability checks. Emergency stop response time is verified within 0.1 seconds in accordance with CE and SGS safety requirements.

Frame alignment is maintained within 0.05mm/m during assembly. Over 1,500 fastening points are torque-calibrated, ensuring structural stability under long-term vibration and continuous industrial operation.

Core components are processed on CNC systems and measured using Coordinate Measuring Machines. Tolerances are controlled within ±0.01mm to support stable operation in high-speed die cutting and stripping applications.

All incoming steel and structural materials are inspected before production begins. Carbon composition and hardness (HRC 45–50) are verified to ensure stable mechanical performance in continuous packaging production environments.
