Search for an [automatic cardboard waste stripping machine manufacturer in China](https://www.qdblanking.com/) and you will find a dozen supplier pages that look broadly alike. What almost none of them does is answer the question you actually arrived with: which machine class am I buying, and on what terms? Of the eleven supplier pages we opened for this review, four publish a numeric price at all — the other seven route you to a quote form. One of those eleven publishes MOQ, a lead-time range and a warranty term on the same page. The rest give you some fields and omit others, without saying which.

This article takes a narrower route. Each entry below states the supplier’s automation level as published. The comparison matrix labels each field a supplier does not publish instead of filling it in. And a note at the end sets out what this run did not verify, so you can weight the evidence honestly.

Two words first, because supplier pages blur them and the confusion costs money. Stripping is removing the waste from a die-cut sheet — the trim and the internal scrap left after cutting. Blanking is separating the finished product from the sheet. A machine can do either or both, and the two words are not interchangeable. If you search for automatic cardboard blanking machine manufacturers in China, make sure the supplier has understood which of the two operations you need.

The direct answer. In this category, “automatic” is not one thing. It runs from a handheld pneumatic tool through operator-fed pneumatic units and semi-automatics that still need a person loading the sheet, up to fully automatic flatbed machines that take the sheet, strip or blank it, and hand you back a stack. Any list that flattens those levels into one word has not told you what you are buying.

How this list is ordered. One disclosed criterion, applied to each entry including the first: (a) published equipment for cardboard or paperboard waste stripping or die-cut waste removal; (b) evidence depth on automation level and specification; (c) published buying transparency. Ordered on that basis, the first entry publishes a specification and certification set that goes substantially beyond what the other nine publish — it also happens to be our own product, which is stated plainly in its entry.

This reflects the supplier pages as captured on 21 September 2026. Live re-verification of those pages was not available during this run, so treat each field value as a dated snapshot and re-check before you commit to anything.

## Why China Dominates the Stripping Machine Market

That heading is the phrase buyers type into a search box. It is not a claim this article can support. We found no source in this run that measures China’s share of the stripping machine market, so we are not going to assert one — and any competitor page that states a percentage without showing where it came from is asking you to take it on faith. What the evidence does support is narrower, and still useful for a buyer: a visible concentration of suppliers.

A single narrow product term — automatic cardboard stripper — surfaced eleven distinct supplier domains in the captures behind this article. Their published locations cluster in four provinces: Guangdong, Zhejiang, Hebei and Shandong. That is an observation across eleven pages, not a census; we did not verify the addresses or the legal entities behind them.

One feature of that supplier set matters more than the count: range. The pages span a handheld pneumatic tool at one end and large flatbed machines quoted in the tens of thousands of dollars at the other, with semi-automatic pneumatic units in between.

## Top 10 Manufacturers

Read the automation level in each entry before anything else. Two of the ten — JIGUO and Innovomachines — publish genuinely automatic whole machines, with the sheet handled by the machine rather than by an operator. The others publish equipment at other points on the scale: pneumatic semi-automatics, operator-fed units, and in one case a manual machine. That is not a criticism of those suppliers; it is the fact a list like this usually leaves out, and it decides whether a machine fits your throughput before price ever enters the conversation.

### 1. QD Blanking (乾鼎) – Your Trusted Partner

Owned-product disclosure: this is our own company and our own product line, and it is the first entry on a list we assembled ourselves, ordered on the criterion disclosed above. The facts below are published on our own pages and attributed as company statements — we did not independently verify them.

QD Blanking builds fully automatic flatbed stripping machines: the sheet is fed in, the waste is stripped, and a separated stack comes out without an operator handling each sheet. The published product range runs to nineteen models. At the compact end sit the HTQF-680, the HTQF-800Q and the HTQF-920; the mid-size HTQF-1020D and HTQF-1020E sit above them; the largest format we list is the HTQF-1100YC, published at 1100 × 1100 mm. The [HTQF-1080](https://www.qdblanking.com/product/htqf-1080-series-automatic-stripping-machine/) and the wider 1080 series are the platform most buyers start from, published at 15–22 strokes per minute and 70 bar, with the 1080Q, 1080QJ, 1080B, 1080T, 1080TR, 1080TRP, 1080BRRP and 1080CTR covering the configuration variants. On paper, our [certificates page](https://www.qdblanking.com/quality/) publishes CE marking, an EC Declaration of Conformity, an EMC report, a Machinery Directive test report and a risk assessment; our quality page states “SGS & ISO Certified Compliance”, and we have not inspected the certificate behind that wording. Company statements put output at roughly 450 units a year from a 25,000 m² plant, with exports to 40+ countries and 20+ years in the trade.

The gap in that paragraph is deliberate. MOQ and warranty terms are not stated publicly on our pages, which is the first thing we would put in front of a buyer rather than leave blank, and it is the same test we apply to each competitor below.

### 2. JIGUO (autodiecutter.com)

JIGUO publishes fully automatic flatbed stripping machines for corrugated board and cardboard — the second of two suppliers in this set whose pages describe a machine that handles the sheet itself. Its listings show large-format machines priced at $50,000 to $200,000/1 Set, with a minimum order of one set. That figure is worth reading against the handheld-class pricing further down this list, because the two are not the same kind of purchase in any respect (see the matrix note below).

The page structure is unusually complete — delivery, certification and warranty fields all appear — but the values behind those fields were not readable in our capture. MOQ is not published. After-sales is described as overseas engineers plus video support. Verify before a deposit: the actual delivery window, the specific certificate number, and the warranty term, in writing.

### 3. Innovomachines

Innovomachines publishes automatic cardboard stripping machines — the other entry in this set whose page describes fully automatic operation rather than an operator-fed or pneumatic design. Pricing is displayed as “Get Latest Price” with two figures visibly associated (USD 15,500 and a USD 1,000–8,500 band), but the capture did not make clear which configuration or quantity each figure maps to, so we are not going to guess.

What is missing matters more than what is shown. Sheet capacity, maximum sheet format, and the service model were all absent from the capture, and MOQ, lead time and certifications are not published there. Verify before a deposit: the price-to-configuration mapping, the maximum sheet size, and where the machine is serviced from.

### 4. LLY PACK

LLY PACK publishes a pneumatic semi-automatic stripping unit — a person positions the sheet, the machine does the stripping. On disclosure it is the most complete competitor page in this set: MOQ of one set, a stated 3–7 day lead time, a warranty of 1.5 years with one year on core components, and a tiered price published as USD 420 for 1–9 sets, USD 390 for 10–99, and USD 367 at 100-plus. The page lists Guangdong as its location and states a 4500 R/MIN figure.

Two things to weigh. No certifications appear on the page, and a tiered price list that includes 100-plus units implies a production scale the rest of the page does not evidence. The listing also reuses part numbers from a related pumping machine. Verify: whether those part numbers describe the stripper you are buying, and whether any CE documentation exists.

### 5. Foshan Dechang (diecuttingcreasingmatrix.com)

Foshan Dechang publishes stripping and die-cutting consumables alongside equipment, and its position on automation is unresolved in our capture: the product title combines “Pneumatic” and “Manual” in the same line, so the page does not settle whether the unit is operator-fed or pneumatically assisted. That is the first field to clear up, not the last.

The page asserts “CE Certification” in its listing text. We did not inspect a certificate, and the assertion is the page’s own — treat it as a claim to be evidenced. Pricing is presented as “Get Best Price” rather than a figure, and MOQ, lead time and warranty are not published in our capture. Verify: the actual drive type, and a certificate number you can look up.

### 6. Hebei Jinguang Packaging Machine Co., Ltd. (corrugatedbox-machine.com)

Hebei Jinguang’s page describes itself as a carton-stripping equipment supplier and lists the company under that name. The automation level is unresolved in our capture: the page does not state whether the machine is manual, pneumatic or driven, and no model specification appears that would let you infer it.

Pricing is “Get Best Price”. MOQ, lead time, warranty and certifications are not published in our capture. For a buyer this entry is a starting point rather than a comparison point — the page establishes that the supplier exists in this category and little else. Verify: the model number, the drive type, and whether the company manufactures or trades.

### 7. YIKE GROUP

YIKE GROUP self-describes its stripping equipment as manual or pneumatic with an operator feeding the sheet — it is the clearest self-declared entry at the non-automatic end of this list, which is a point in its favour rather than against it. Country of manufacture, price, MOQ and lead time are not published in our capture.

One caveat on scoring: the page links to a separate honours-and-certificates section that we did not capture. So YIKE GROUP’s certification position is unknown rather than absent in this review, and we are not treating a page we could not open as a negative. Verify: the certificate list and the model range.

### 8. bjgraphicdiesupply.com

This supplier lists a pneumatic waste stripper, model GR-3500, and describes it under the waste-stripping heading rather than a die-cutting heading. Beyond the model reference, the automation level is unresolved in our capture: the listing does not say whether the unit strips a full sheet under power or assists an operator through the waste.

Two warnings apply here that do not apply to the entries above. The capture shows a warranty stated as six months on one listing and one year on another — an internal inconsistency you should ask it to reconcile in writing. And the same catalogue carries an off-topic listing for an electric cable-stripping machine, which is a different product class entirely. The brand and the operating entity behind the domain are unverified in this review, and pricing is presented as “Get Best Price”. Verify: the legal entity, the warranty term, and whether the GR-3500 is a card- and paperboard machine rather than a cable tool.

### 9. Jining Myway (mwpackall.com)

Jining Myway publishes waste-stripping equipment at Unit Price: USD 290 – 390 / Set/Sets, with a stated supply ability of 100 sets per month. On the evidence captured, this sits at the handheld-to-light-pneumatic end of the range — a different class of purchase from the flatbed machines ranked second and third, and we are flagging that rather than letting the two price points sit unlabelled next to each other. The automation level itself is unresolved in the capture.

MOQ and lead time are not published there, and no certification appears. Verify: the drive type, what a “set” includes at that price, and the shipping terms behind a USD 290–390 figure.

### 10. Koten (cn-koten.com)

Koten publishes a manual waste stripper, model QF-258, positioned as a replacement for hand-hammer operation. That is the entry at the least-automated end of this list, and it earns its place on disclosure rather than capability: Min.Order Quantity: ONE, Delivery Time: ABOUT 7DAYS, and FOB Price: Negotiate. Located in Ruian City, Wenzhou, Zhejiang.

Certifications, warranty and machine size are not published in our capture. For a small converting operation running low volume, or for a workshop that wants a low-cost way to stop swinging a hammer, a manual unit with a MOQ of one and a week’s lead time is a coherent purchase — it is simply a different purchase from an automatic flatbed. Verify: the working width, the spare-parts list, and whether the frame is supplied assembled.

Adjacent or out of scope. Three suppliers surfaced in the same searches but do not belong in a comparison of stripping machines, and we would rather say so than pad the list to a rounder number. ADEWO (china-adewo.com) publishes a handheld pneumatic stripping tool — a tool you hold, not a machine you feed. Shenzhen Chaoyi (szchaoyimachine.com) publishes packaging machinery with a semi-automatic scope that does not reach into die-cut waste removal; its legal entity is unverified in this review. And Suzhou Juxin (motopmc.md) is an acknowledged blind spot: the capture did not open properly, so we know only that the domain appeared. We dropped it for capture quality, not for anything we found — it is an unread page, not a negative finding. Buyers searching for die cutting waste removal machine manufacturers will meet all three, and it is worth knowing which ones are selling into this category and which are adjacent to it.

## Comparison Matrix: MOQ, Lead Time, Certifications

Each cell below is what the supplier’s own page published on 21 September 2026. Where a field was absent, the cell says so — not published in capture means the supplier’s page did not state it, not that the supplier has no such term. Ask for the missing fields directly; a supplier who cannot answer a basic MOQ or warranty question in writing has told you something useful about the buying experience ahead.

| Supplier | Automation level | MOQ | Lead time | Certifications | Warranty | Price basis |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| QD Blanking | Fully automatic flatbed (our product) | not published in capture | not published in capture | CE, EC DoC, EMC, Machinery Directive report, risk assessment — client-sourced, not independently inspected | not published in capture | Quote only |
| JIGUO / autodiecutter | Fully automatic flatbed | One set | Field present; value unreadable in capture | Field present; value unreadable in capture | Field present; value unreadable in capture | $50,000 to $200,000/1 Set |
| Innovomachines | Automatic (whole machine) | not published in capture | not published in capture | not published in capture | not published in capture | “Get Latest Price”; USD 15,500 and USD 1,000–8,500 shown, mapping unresolved |
| LLY PACK | Pneumatic semi-automatic, operator-fed | One set | 3–7 days | not published in capture | 1.5 years, 1 year on core components | USD 420 / 390 / 367 tiered |
| Foshan Dechang | Unresolved — listing mixes “Pneumatic” and “Manual” | not published in capture | not published in capture | “CE Certification” asserted in listing text; no certificate inspected | not published in capture | “Get Best Price” |
| Hebei Jinguang | Unresolved — drive type not stated | not published in capture | not published in capture | not published in capture | not published in capture | “Get Best Price” |
| YIKE GROUP | Manual or pneumatic, operator-fed (self-declared) | not published in capture | not published in capture | Unknown — certificates page not captured | not published in capture | not published in capture |
| bjgraphicdiesupply | Unresolved | not published in capture | not published in capture | not published in capture | Inconsistent across listings: 6 months vs 1 year | “Get Best Price” |
| Jining Myway | Unresolved — handheld-to-light-pneumatic | not published in capture | not published in capture | not published in capture | not published in capture | USD 290 – 390 / Set |
| Koten | Manual (QF-258) | One | About 7 days | not published in capture | not published in capture | FOB, negotiate |

One row-comparison needs saying out loud, because the two figures look comparable and are not. JIGUO’s published price is $50,000 to $200,000/1 Set for a large flatbed machine, while Jining Myway’s USD 290 ~ USD 390 is a handheld-to-light-pneumatic unit — a different product class sold at a different order of magnitude, so the two numbers should never be read as a like-for-like spread on the same machine. If you are comparing quotes and the gap is this wide, the first thing to check is whether both suppliers are quoting the same class of equipment.

## How to Evaluate Chinese Suppliers

Six questions separate a supplier who can build your machine from one who can only forward a catalogue. Ask them in writing, and treat a vague answer as a finding.

Which machine class are you quoting, and which operation does it perform? Ask how the sheet is handled: does an operator place every sheet, or does the machine feed it? That one answer moves a quote between classes whose prices differ by more than an order of magnitude.

What is the maximum sheet size, in millimetres? If the answer comes back in adjectives instead of a number, the machine has not been pinned down. A supplier quoting a specific model states a working width.

What are the MOQ, the lead time and the warranty — together, in one message? Across the eleven supplier pages behind this review, exactly one published those three fields together. The missing fields are not a formality — put them in writing before you compare quotes.

Which standard does the machine hold, and can you send the certificate? “CE” appeared in listing text on some pages in this run, but no certificate was inspected, so the claim stays unconfirmed until you see the file.

Does the quoted price cover the machine, or the line? A “set” means different things at different suppliers and at both ends of the market.

Which legal entity signs, and who commissions the machine? Confirm the entity that appears on the invoice, and ask for a named engineer for installation.

Two checks cost nothing and reveal a lot. Ask for a dated [exhibition record](https://www.qdblanking.com/exhibitions/), the way we publish ours — a manufacturer with machines on a stand in front of buyers is a different proposition from a domain with a catalogue. And look at the adjacent steps it builds, the way our automatic drilling machines and [inner-hole cleaning machines](https://www.qdblanking.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/post/automatic-paper-hole-cleaning-machine-hang-tags.md) sit alongside our stripping range, so one commissioning visit can cover more of the line.

Before you pay a deposit, ask for four documents: a specification sheet carrying the model number, warranty text listing covered and excluded components, certificate PDFs bearing the contracting entity’s name, and an invoice whose entity matches the contract. Reading those four takes an hour and turns a supplier page into a purchase you can hold someone to. It is also the fastest way to tell packaging machinery suppliers in China apart, because the ones who answer in documents rather than adjectives are the ones worth shortlisting. If you want to test that directly, [send the same four questions to us](https://www.qdblanking.com/contact-us/) and compare the reply with other suppliers’.

## Why Choose QD Blanking Over the Rest

We start with our own gaps, because they are the reason this section is worth reading. Our pages do not publish an MOQ or a warranty term — the same two fields we have just told you to demand in writing from each other supplier. That is a genuine gap, and it is why our row in the matrix is marked the same way as the others. Ask us for both documents, and hold us to the same standard.

On that disclosed criterion, the first entry earns its place on published evidence, not a friendlier rubric. Range depth is the clearest difference: 19 stripping models with working sizes up to 1100 × 1100 mm, running 15–22 strokes per minute at 70 bar — company figures from our own documentation, worth checking against the machine you are quoted. Our certification set covers CE, an EC Declaration of Conformity, EMC and Machinery Directive documentation and a risk assessment, plus an “SGS & ISO” claim, and we state 68+ patents and more than 100 million RMB of output. This is company-stated rather than audited, so ask for the files and judge for yourself.

Where we would ask you to compare us is engineering and support — cutting accuracy, the uptime a machine gives you on a specific board grade, and how quickly someone answers when a machine stops. Price leadership is not a claim we make. If our quote sits above another, the useful comparison is the class of machine, the specification and the warranty, not the number in isolation. [About us](https://www.qdblanking.com/about-us/) covers the company; [how we manufacture](https://www.qdblanking.com/manufacturing/) covers the process.

## FAQ

### Are the ten machines fully automatic?

No. Two of the ten — JIGUO and Innovomachines — publish genuinely automatic whole machines for cardboard and paperboard waste stripping, while the rest of the list spans pneumatic semi-automatics, operator-fed units and one manual stripper. “Automatic” here describes the category as buyers search for it, not a claim that each supplier’s machine runs unattended, so confirm the automation level on the specific model you are quoted before you compare prices.

### Why does the price range run from a few hundred dollars to six figures?

Because the list covers different product classes rather than different deals on the same machine. JIGUO’s listing shows large flatbed machines at $50,000 to $200,000 per set, while Jining Myway’s listings sit at USD 290 to USD 390. A handheld pneumatic tool and a production flatbed are not substitutes, and a low number beside a high one is a category difference rather than a saving.

### Can I get MOQ, lead time, warranty and certifications from one page?

Rarely, in this set. Treat the missing fields as questions to send, not automatic disqualifiers — but do not assume the supplier publishes them elsewhere.

### Is the CE marking on these machines real?

Partly verifiable. One listing in this set asserts “CE Certification”, yet no certificate was inspected for this article, so it is recorded as asserted rather than confirmed. Ask for the certificate PDF and check that the entity named on it matches the entity on your contract and invoice; a certificate belonging to a different company is the most common failure.

### How current is this information?

It is a single snapshot dated 21 September 2026. Live re-verification of several listings was blocked during research, so prices, MOQs and certifications may have moved since. Use the matrix as a starting point and re-check each field directly with the supplier before you commit.

### Stripping or blanking — which machine do I need?

They are different steps. Stripping removes the waste and scrap left inside a die-cut sheet; blanking separates the finished product from that sheet. Some machines do one, some combine both, and suppliers use the two words loosely, so describe your board grade, sheet size and the step you want automated, then ask the supplier to confirm which operation the quoted model performs.
